This isn’t a spa-style experience with music and fluff with a routine massage. I adjust every session based on what your body actually needs that day. This is targeted, problem-solving work designed to help with chronic tension, pain that keeps coming back, postural strain from work or daily habits, and recovery from physical stress or injury.

Most of my clients aren’t looking to “treat themselves.”  They’re trying to fix something that’s been building. This is a good fit if you’re dealing with ongoing pain or tightness, you don’t have time, energy to drive somewhere, you want consistent, high-quality work without the hassle, or you’ve tried massage before but didn’t get lasting results.

I tailored each session to you, not a pre-planned routine. Sessions can include deep tissue massage, post-op recovery, cupping therapy, and chair massage for events and groups. I bring the table or chair, along with everything needed. Massages are done in your home or preferred space. Setup takes about 10 minutes and I handle it on-site. You don’t need anything fancy, just enough space (about the size of a twin bed) and room for me to move around it comfortably.
